What are tostadas?
In case you’ve never heard of it, tostadas are fried flour tortillas. The idea is that you just eat them out of your hand. Just like a pizza, actually. They are also a bit like mini pizzas, but Mexican food style (don’t tell the Italians I said that..).
They also look a bit like the Big Mac wraps. Have you ever had those? They are also mini wraps that you top with ground beef, toppings and bake. They are mega delicious and trending on social media for a reason.
