Tiramisu with mango and passion fruit

Easy Tiramisu with Mango

When I recently shared my recipe for lemon tiramisu (which is also amazing, by the way), a follower on Instagram commented that it would also be delicious with passion fruit and mango. Well, I didn’t need to be told twice. Because that sounded absolutely fantastic. So off I went, straight to the kitchen. And guess what? It really is fantastic. And surprisingly easy to make, too.

Mango Tiramisu Ingredients

Aside from the usual suspects (mascarpone, ladyfingers and cream), this recipe contains the following ingredients:

  • Tropical syrup: I used a tropical lemonade syrup to add flavor and dip the ladyfingers in, you can choose one of your liking. I would recommend choosing a favor that compliments the rest such as a tropical blend, passion fruit, mango or citrus.
  • Fresh fruits: aside from mango, I also use passion fruit. The two make for a great combination of fresh, sweet, slightly sour and with a bit of a crunch.
  • White chocolate: this is a great addition and adds a touch of silky sweetness, you’ll love it!

A thoroughly Tropical Tiramisu

This mango tiramisu is definitely different from the usual. It truly deserves to be called a tropical tiramisu. Creamy, fresh, fruity, and the white chocolate chips add a nice crunch. Plus, it’s suitable for everyone, since this recipe contains no alcohol or raw eggs.

Some other delicious summery sweet treats I can recommend you are my peach galette and of course this raspberry cheesecake recipe. Combine it with some homemade lemonade, and you’re all set for summer!

Mango Tiramisu with Passion Fruit

In this tiramisu with passion fruit and mango, it’s the combination of flavors that makes it so incredibly delicious. I’m a huge fan of passion fruit anyway, but the combination with mango is just the best. You know what? I’m not going to waste any more words on it. Except to say: you really want to make this amazing tiramisu with mango and passion fruit!
