Healthy dinner; easy lettuce wraps
Personally, I think this is such a tasty meal: healthy chicken lettuce wraps with veggies. My favorite combination: flavorful and really easy . I like to use a chicken seasoning blend that contains garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, celery, rosemary and cayenne pepper. I like to use a salt-less blend so I can add the salt to my preference.

Chicken lettuce wraps recipe
You don’t need much to make these easy chicken lettuce wraps. Just chicken, herbs, bell pepper, wraps or tortillas, sour cream, butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce and that’s it. By the way, I have more wrap recipes on my blog! Check out these easy chicken fajitas or the well-known big mac wraps.


Ingredients
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 500 gram boneless chicken breast (diced)
- 1 tbsp chicken seasoning (or whatever seasoning you prefer)
- 3 bell peppers (cut into strips)
- 8 tortilla wraps (medium)
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 75 gram butter lettuce
- salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic for a while.
- Add the chicken and season to taste with chicken seasoning, pepper and salt.
- Add the bell peppers and continue to season with salt and pepper and any extra chicken seasoning to taste (depending on how strong your seasoning mix is, feel free to add a little more).
- Spread a little sour cream over the wraps, top with the chicken and vegetable mixture and some lettuce, roll up the wraps and enjoy!
