Salad with grilled peaches, this salad is so fantastic and yet so incredibly easy to make. It’s truly my new summer favorite. You’ll want to make this!
Grilled peach salad
No complicated components or preparations, just a handful of ingredients, and in 20 minutes you’ll have this amazing salad with grilled peaches ready to eat. This is the perfect summer salad to serve as a light lunch or as a side dish at a BBQ.
The great thing is that you can grill the peaches and tomatoes perfectly on the BBQ. It only takes a very short time, but it adds a lot of flavor. Alternatively, you can also use a grill pan.

Easy peach salad recipe
This is one of my favorite summer salads and it’s so easy to make, just like my burrata caprese salad. For both that recipe and this salad with grilled peaches, it’s important to use quality ingredients. Since it’s peach season, it won’t be hard to find juicy peaches. I like to use them in all kinds of recipes, like my peach galette and this delicious peach ice cream.
Aside from sweet and ripe peaches, you will need tasty tomatoes, crisp lamb’s lettuce, oregano, fresh burrata cheese and extra virgin olive oil. Sounds like summer, doesn’t it? 😉

Grilled peach and burrata salad
I almost forgot to mention that the burrata really completes the dish, the combination of warm peaches and creamy burrata cheese is just heavenly. It makes the salad full of flavor and perfectly creamy. This has become a real winner in my salad recipe collection, let’s get cooking!
