How to serve salmon carpaccio

I like to serve this lovely dish with some fresh bread like a baguette or even some sourdough. Aside from the horseradish-infused crème fraîche and fresh lemon, I often add some fresh dill and fish roe to make it a real showstopper. Combine with a fresh dry white wine like a Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio. or a non-alcoholic drink of choice, and enjoy!
