Yes, you read that right, Raffaello Tiramisu. A match made in heaven, so incredibly delicious and so easy to make. A dessert that will surely gain you a few friends this Christmas!
Ferrero Raffaello
Part classic tiramisu, part Raffaello, this tiramisu is made with coconut cream and decorated with Ferrero Raffaello, because it just tastes so good! (And no, we are not sponsored by Raffaello for this tiramisu – just to be clear). But if they read this: we are definitely open to it.
It may not be news to many that we really love tiramisu! Which is why we already have a few delicious recipes for this Italian treat on the blog. As well as this Raffaello tiramisu, you can find an amazing tiramisu cake and of course this delicious pistachio tiramisu!

Tiramisu with Raffaello
Tiramisu consists layers of lady fingers dipped in coffee and often an Italian liquor like amaretto or Marsala wine. I don’t use alcohol this time, so it’s pregnancy-proof, and if you use decaf, it’s also suitable for the smallest of table companions. In between and on top is a nice layer of mascarpone and whipped cream with coconut spread or paste (sweetened).

Raffaello tiramisu: the ultimate dessert
This Raffaello Tiramisu is, to me, truly the ultimate dessert. Not only is it beautiful to look at, but it is also incredibly delicious! Creamy, sweet and a feast of textures and layers too. Of course, you have to love coconut . A good dessert is the perfect way to end a meal, and you can make this one ahead too, which is ideal!
Tiramisu can be decorated however you like. This one is decorated with with shredded coconut, a little nougatine and, of course, Raffaello.. The top layer of the coconut-mascarpone mixture was made using a piping bag with a nozzle, pro-tip!

- 125 gram coconut paste (or spread)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 400 ml whipping cream
- 100 gram sugar

- 150 gram lady fingers
- for decoration: shredded coconut, nougatine and Raffaello
Equipment

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

- Take the lady fingers and run them through the cooled coffee on one side. Spread half of them on the bottom of your serving dish.

- Put the tiramisu in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
