This makes them the perfect snack or appetizer for the holidays, like New Year’s Eve! It is really easy to prepare and a nice warm snack while counting down to the New Year is never wrong. Both young and old are fans of this snack, it is also fun to make with children!

Simple ingredients
You don’t need much to make these perfectly golden brown pizza pinwheels: puff pastry, tomato sauce, salami or pepperoni and some grated cheese. You can make your own tomato sauce or use store-bought. Tip: make some extra sauce and serve with the pizza rolls as a dip. It looks great on a cocktail platter.

Easy pizza pinwheels recipe
To make this pizza pinwheel recipe even easier and quicker, I use a roll of store-bought puff pastry. You can find this in the chilled section of almost any supermarket. In addition to these pizza pinwheels, you can also make these Dutch sausage rolls with puff pastry. They make for an amazing little snack or appetizer, just like these pinwheels!
