Easy dinner recipe
This is the basis of my easy recipe for a quick pasta recipe with ground beef. You can stick to the recipe or add some nice extra vegetables of your own, such as leftovers from the fridge. Spinach, a little celery and courgettes are very tasty and make the pasta extra nutritious.
The sauce for this ground beef pasta recipe is very simple, with garlic, onion, tomato paste and diced tomatoes as the base. The mascarpone makes the sauce creamy and the pesto and spices make this a delicious meal!
