INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):
Cook the pasta al dente in large pot of salted water, according to the instructions on the packet.
Heat a little olive oil in a large frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic briefly.
Add the leek and tomato paste and fry briefly.
Add the ground beef and fry until brown and fluffy, seasoning with salt and pepper.
When the beef is cooked, add the diced tomatoes, pesto, mascarpone, oregano, paprika and ground cloves. Fry briefly and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley to taste. Enjoy your meal!
