Canned Salmon Salad
Canned salmon is just as healthy as fresh salmon; both are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. However, canned salmon is much more affordable and widely available! In my opinion, it’s the perfect item to keep in your kitchen cupboard so that you can enjoy this delicious salad with canned salmon whenever you like. Perfect, right?
I love to have some tins of canned fish on hand. It is a great way to add protein and flavor to your daily meals. Some other great recipes with tinned fish are this baked tuna pasta or this tuna salad with pasta.
