Easy Salmon Salad

This homemade and healthy salmon salad is incredibly easy to make and absolutely delicious! It's perfect on a sandwich or as a side. A must try!

Ingredients

6 sandwiches
  • 100 gram Greek yoghurt
  • 50 gram mayonnaise
  • 25 gram mustard
  • 1 handful fresh dill (finely chopped)
  • 1 handful fresh chives (finely chopped)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 400 gram salmon (canned)
  • 50 gram pickles (finely chopped)
  • 2 shallots (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 handful lettuce
  • 6 breadrolls

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

  • Make a dressing by mixing the Greek yoghurt, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, chives, lemon juice, smoked paprika, chilli flakes and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
  • Drain the salmon. Add the salmon, gherkins and shallots to the dressing and mix gently until everything is well combined.
  • Top your breadrolls with some lettuce and then spoon the salmon salad on top. Enjoy!
