Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius / 338 Fahrenheit with top and bottom heat.
Mix the olive oil** and sourdough discard well.
Spread over a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle with coarse sea salt to taste and add any other toppings you like. See tips in the article!
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and then cut into strips or pieces. A pizza cutter is useful for this step.
Bake for another 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly, then break into pieces along the edges if necessary to create nice crackers. Enjoy!
