  • Parchment paper

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius / 338 Fahrenheit with top and bottom heat.
  • Mix the olive oil** and sourdough discard well.
  • Spread over a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle with coarse sea salt to taste and add any other toppings you like. See tips in the article!
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and then cut into strips or pieces. A pizza cutter is useful for this step.
  • Bake for another 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly, then break into pieces along the edges if necessary to create nice crackers. Enjoy!
Good to know:
*Tip: you can also use melted butter instead of olive oil.
