Salmon Wraps

Easy salmon wraps (smoked salmon) that are ideal as a quick party snack, but also delicious for lunch. You'll want to make these!

Ingredients

24 pieces
  • 3 whole wheat wraps
  • 150 gram cream cheese
  • 200 gram smoked salmon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted)
  • A few lettuce leaves

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

  • Spread the wraps generously with cream cheese.
  • Top the wraps with slices of smoked salmon.
  • Cut the cucumber lengthwise and remove the soft inner part with seeds using a spoon or cut it out with a knife. Slice the remaining cucumber into thin strips.
  • Top the wraps with the thin cucumber strips.
  • Sprinkle some sesame seeds over this and top with a few lettuce leaves.
  • Roll the wraps up tightly and press firmly. Cut each wrap into 8 rolls or keep it whole.
