Ingredients

2 portions
  • 100 gram rolled oats
  • 150 gram yogurt (regular or plant-based)
  • 300 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or your preferred sweetener (to taste)
  • Optional: chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

  • In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and, if using, the honey or other sweetener. Stir well. If you'd like thicker oats, stir in some chia seeds as well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
  • Give the oats a good stir before serving. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Good to know:
** Want to make these overnight oats completely gluten-free? Be sure to use certified gluten-free oats. While oats are naturally gluten-free, regular oats are often processed in facilities that also handle wheat and other gluten-containing grains, which can lead to cross-contamination.
