Macaroni salad

This macaroni salad is the ideal side dish for a fresh summer meal, at the BBQ or for lunch. Well-filled, tasty, easy and a true crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

4 people
  • 125 grams macaroni
  • 100 grams bacon bits
  • 75 grams peas (from the freezer - thawed)
  • 75 grams corn
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • pepper and salt

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

  • Cook macaroni al dente in a pan of hot and salted water, drain and rinse under the cold tap.
  • Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a frying pan (without extra oil) and drain on kitchen paper after frying.
  • Cut the cucumber and red bell bell pepper into small pieces.
  • Put the macaroni in a large bowl with all the rest of the ingredients.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy your meal!
