INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):
Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic briefly to release the flavor without burning it.
Then add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Next, add the cherry tomatoes. Fry briefly.
Add the heavy cream and cream cheese and heat gently until the cheese has melted and the tomatoes are soft.
Add the gnocchi, stir, then season with salt and pepper before serving. It's delicious with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese (or a plant-based alternative) sprinkled on top. Enjoy!
