Ingredients

4 people
  • 500 gram gnocchi
  • 2 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 400 gram cherry tomatoes
  • 130 gram herb cream cheese (or plant-based alternative)
  • 100 ml heavy cream (or plant-based alternative)
  • fresh basil
  • Parmesan cheese (optional – or plant-based alternative)
  • olive oil, salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

  • Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic briefly to release the flavor without burning it.
  • Then add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Next, add the cherry tomatoes. Fry briefly.
  • Add the heavy cream and cream cheese and heat gently until the cheese has melted and the tomatoes are soft.
  • Add the gnocchi, stir, then season with salt and pepper before serving. It's delicious with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese (or a plant-based alternative) sprinkled on top. Enjoy!
