  • 150 gram granulated sugar
  • 375 ml heavy cream
  • 250 ml whole milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

  • Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Place them in a large jar or container and add the sugar.
  • Mash the strawberries well, stir everything together, and refrigerate overnight. This allows the sugar to dissolve and the strawberries to release their juices, creating an even more flavorful ice cream.
  • The next day, transfer the strawberry mixture to a large bowl. Add the heavy cream, whole milk, a pinch of salt, and the vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until thick and creamy.
  • Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for a firmer texture.
