Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and shape them into a ball. You can do this by hand or with a food processor.
Cover with a kitchen towel and let rest for 15–30 minutes.
Then divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape them into balls.
Roll out the balls into flatbreads.
Heat a skillet with (olive) oil and fry the flatbread on both sides until golden brown. When you see bubbles forming on the bread (takes about 2–3 minutes), flip the bread and fry the other side until golden brown. Repeat this with the rest of the dough.
Immediately after baking, wrap the flatbreads in a clean, dry tea towel so they stay nice and soft and warm. Enjoy!
