Ingredients

8 wraps
For the Big Mac sauce
  • 125 grams mayonnaise
  • 1 dill pickle (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 small onion (grated)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • ½ teaspoon vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
For the Big Mac wraps
  • 8 small soft tortillas
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 8 slices cheddar
  • 4 dill pickles (thinly sliced)
  • 1 yellow onion (finely sliced)
  • fresh lettuce
  • oil, pepper, salt and onion powder

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

  • First off, make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients, keep it refrigerated while you make the wraps.
  • Take some of the ground beef and spread it on a tortilla. Press down well so that you have "smeared" the tortilla with a layer of ground beef. Repeat with all the tortillas.
  • Royally sprinkle pepper, salt and onion powder over the ground beef on the tortillas to taste.
  • Heat a very small amount of oil in a frying pan, put in the wrap with the ground beef side down and press well.
  • After a few minutes, flip it (it's best to use the pancake flip method for this). Put a slice of cheddar on the beef, briefly fry the other side and your wrap is ready. Repeat with the remaining wraps.
  • Garnish to taste with lettuce, onion, pickles and the big mac sauce. Enjoy your meal!
