Banana pancakes

Banana pancakes, delicious fluffy with no added sugar. A very tasty and easy recipe for homemade banana pancakes. Try them, they are to die for!

Ingredients

16 pieces
  • 3 bananas ((over)ripe)
  • 6 eggs (medium)
  • 100 gram all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice mix
  • pinch of salt
  • 50 gram butter
  • maple syrup, fresh fruit, extra banana slices

Equipment

  • Whisk
  • Ice-cream scoop
  • Frying pan with lid

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

  • Place the bananas in a bowl and mash. Add the eggs and whisk.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, spices and salt. Mix well.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a knob of butter.
  • Take a scoop of the batter and pour it into the pan. Cover the pan and cook for about 1 minute on each side until done.
  • Repeat with all the pancakes. Garnish with banana slices, possibly some (maple) syrup and fresh fruit to taste. Enjoy!
