Ingredients

2 people
  • 125 grams pasta
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 red onion (in half rings)
  • 125 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 100 grams olives
  • 150 grams tuna (in olive oil)
  • 2 dill pickles (in small cubes)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (fresh, finely chopped)
  • salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

  • Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold running water. This will stop the cooking process and cool the pasta immediately.
  • Place the cooked pasta in a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Toss well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • It's best to let it sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving so that the flavors can infuse. Enjoy your meal!
