INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius/380 Fahrenheit top and bottom heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey and light brown sugar.
Make a cornstarch slurry with water and cornstarch, add it to the soy sauce mixture and mix well.
Heat the sauce in a saucepan until thickened, remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Pat the salmon slices dry with paper towels, place in a baking dish, and pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon.
Place the salmon in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
When the salmon is cooked, remove from the baking dish, spoon the sauce over the salmon and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve with rice or noodles, vegetables and a fresh salad of your choice. Enjoy your meal!
