Finely chop the red cabbage, preferably using a mandoline, to make it very thin. Place the chopped cabbage in a large bowl.
Add the apple, carrot, raisins, and chopped walnuts to the bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well until you have a creamy dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything together until all the ingredients are coated. Enjoy!
