Ingredients

4 pizzas
  • 4 naan breads (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 tbsp green pesto
  • 50 gram shredded mozzarella
  • 250 gram mozzarella balls
  • 200 gram cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 2 handful arugula
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts (toasted)

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius / 400 degrees Fahrenheit with top and bottom heat.
  • Place the naan breads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread with pesto and top with shredded mozzarella, mozzarella balls, halved cherry tomatoes, and oregano.
  • Bake in the oven for about 10–15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the edges are golden.
  • Finish with fresh arugula and toasted pine nuts. Enjoy!
Good to know:
Tip: You can swap the mozzarella for plant-based cheese to make a vegan version. And of course, feel free to get creative with the toppings!
