Garlic butter

Making garlic butter is actually a very simple job, but so incredibly delicious. This is such an easy recipe, you'll be making garlic butter all the time!

Ingredients

1 bowl
  • 200 grams butter (unsalted - room temperature)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced or crushed)
  • ½ tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp chives (fresh - minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • pepper and coarse sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

  • Make sure all fresh herbs and garlic clove are finely chopped. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to allow the herb butter to infuse.
  • Then remove from the refrigerator about half an hour before you want to use it. Enjoy your meal!
