INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius / 390 Fahrenheit top and bottom.
Rinse the cherry tomatoes, cut any large cherry tomatoes in half and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with a little olive oil, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the tomatoes until they begin to puff up, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place the tomatoes in a large bowl.
Place the burrata on top, shred if necessary, and drizzle with a little olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and some fresh basil leaves to garnish the salad. Enjoy your meal!
