Ingredients

10 pieces
  • 50 ml sweet soy sauce
  • 25 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml honey
  • 2 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground paprika
  • 1 tsp Cajun spices
  • 10 chicken drumsticks
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Kitchen thermometer

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius / 392 degrees Fahrenheit with top and bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, honey, finely chopped garlic, ginger, paprika powder, Cajun spices, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the drumsticks to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Refrigerate the drumsticks for at least half an hour.
  • Place the drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet and pour any remaining marinade over them.
  • Bake the drumsticks in a preheated oven at for 30-35 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 75 Celsius / 170 Fahrenheit. You can measure this with a kitchen thermometer.
  • Serve the drumsticks with green beans, potato wedges, or another tasty side dish. Enjoy!
