Ingredients

4 people
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp crispy chilli oil (or chili flakes to taste)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS (how to make this recipe):

  • Wash and cut the cucumber, skin on, into large pieces.
  • Crush the garlic and mix it with the other ingredients.
  • Mix the cucumber with the dressing.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
